Accountabilities
• Partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to shape and execute engineering strategy aligned to product and commercial growth plans.
• Provide leadership and mentorship across engineering managers, technical leads, and senior engineers.
• Guide architectural direction and technical decision-making to ensure platform scalability and maintainability.
• Oversee engineering delivery, including resource planning and release management for high-quality execution.
• Mature engineering processes while maintaining agility in a scale-up environment.
• Collaborate across functions to align engineering outcomes with customer and market needs.
• Support the evolution of low-code and AI-driven capabilities within the product ecosystem.

Requirements
• Strong technical foundation with a background as a software engineer.
