Accountabilities
• Serve as lead counsel for MSO data governance and privacy matters.
• Advise MSO business units on privacy and security requirements.
• Draft and negotiate privacy and security contractual terms.
• Collaborate with security and technology teams to support MSO needs.
• Lead incident preparedness and response for legal support.
• Support governance and board reporting related to privacy.
• Establish strong relationships with MSO stakeholders.
Requirements
• Minimum 9 years of experience as a practicing lawyer.
• Expertise in cybersecurity and data governance regulations.
• Law degree from an accredited institution and bar admission.
• Ability to supervise outside legal counsel.
• Strong decision-making and risk management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant tools.
