Accountabilities
• Plans, oversees, and evaluates performance improvement reporting activities.
• Supports facility leadership with essential data for quality activities.
• Identifies and shares leading practices for quality improvement.
• Compiles and analyzes clinical data related to outcomes and resource utilization.
• Maintains and assesses on-going system trending for improvement opportunities.
• Assists in developing quality goals and provides data support.
• Works collaboratively with departments to achieve quality and safety goals.
• Develops policies and procedures for continuous quality improvement.
• Provides analytical leadership and consultative services.
• Assists with ambulatory and regional quality activities.
• Promotes the philosophy and policies to ensure quality care.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
• RN or other clinical licensure preferred.
• 3 years quality improvement experience required.
• Experience in tertiary care setting preferred.
• Certification in health care quality or related entity preferred.
• Advanced computer skills required.
• Knowledge of data analysis techniques and statistical displays.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong decision-making and sense of urgency.
