Job Description

We are looking for an Account Research Analyst to support the Account Research Manager by researching account records, assembling data, and determining appropriate actions to fulfill requests. This position will be a full-time, contract role and onsite in Pompano, FL.

What You’ll Do

• Research and assemble account records and/or data for public records requests and subpoenas

• Utilize multiple applications to retrieve and compile images

• Create CA Service Desk tickets when required

• Create and update documents using Microsoft Office Suite

• Communicate and document findings specific to each request

• Review records for accuracy and completeness prior to submission

• Collect and analyze data

• Enter and update Vector with complete and accurate notes, document attachments, and vehicle information based on established guidelines

• Perform all job functions in compliance with established performance measures

What You’ll Need

Required:

• Minimum of 3 months of experience as an Image Verifier, Customer Care Specialist, or Correspondence Analyst

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and documentation

• Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to manage multiple systems and applications simultaneously

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience working with public records requests or subpoenas

• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as CA Service Desk

• Experience with Vector or similar data entry systems

Physical Demands

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional movement around the office
• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

$16.71 per hourThe pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
