Job Overview:
The Research Analyst Intern works at the intersection of research and technology, playing a key role in supporting innovative diamond research as it moves from concept to implementation. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience
helping research teams clarify objectives, document findings, and prepare research outputs for high-quality technical development.
This internship offers meaningful exposure to the research lifecycle. You’ll assist with validating research outcomes,
testing system behavior, and reviewing analytical and technical deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality before
release. You’ll support multiple research initiatives as they approach completion and transition into production
environments. Throughout the internship, you’ll contribute to research analysis, documentation, and process
improvement, helping ensure projects are well-structured and thoughtfully executed.
You’ll collaborate closely with research leadership, engineers, and technical teams, gaining firsthand insight into how
advanced research ideas become real-world solutions. If you’re motivated by exploration, collaboration, and supporting

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Review, refine, and contribute to technical, analytical, and research documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with research objectives
• Validate system behavior, data outputs, calculations, and workflows through structured testing against expected research outcomes
• Identify and assist in resolving defects, data issues, and inconsistencies, collaborating with technical teams to support timely resolution
• Apply technical skills and analytical thinking to support the resolution of complex, research driven problems
• Partner with research leaders, engineers, and technical stakeholders to support the development,
validation, and delivery of research driven products
• Assist in preparing research deliverables for final review and release by confirming completeness, traceability, and adherence to quality standards
• Provide post release support for research products, including issue analysis and resolution, documentation maintenance, and collaboration on enhancements or refinements for internal and external facing solutions
Skills & Abilities:
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking with an interest in understanding how systems, data, and processes work
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical team members in a learning environment
• Experience using common tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or similar is expected.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics,
Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Academic coursework or personal projects involving 3D geometry, game development, computer-aided design
(CAD), or algorithm design are highly valued
• Employee may be required, from time to time, to work overtime
