Research Director, Integration and AI Enablement
About this role
Accountabilities:
• Identify and analyze key market trends across integration, API management, middleware, and AI-enabled orchestration technologies
• Conduct market sizing, segmentation, forecasting, and competitive landscape analysis across relevant technology domains
• Produce research insights on vendor strategies, financial performance, and evolving enterprise adoption patterns
• Collaborate with cross-domain analysts to develop integrated research on AI, data, automation, and agentic systems
• Support client-facing engagements by delivering insights, responding to inquiries, and providing strategic advisory input
• Partner with sales teams to support subscription growth and custom research solutions within the AD&A research domain
• Present findings to senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, vendors, and enterprise decision-makers
• Contribute to the development of high-impact research publications, frameworks, and forecasts
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• Strong expertise in integration technologies, API management, middleware platforms, and AI-driven automation ecosystems
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and enterprise software trends, particularly in agentic and orchestration frameworks
• Experience analyzing market data, survey results, and industry reports to produce actionable insights
• Strong ability to interpret financial statements and assess competitive positioning of technology vendors
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly to executive audiences
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple research streams independently and collaboratively
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, clients, and technology decision-makers
• Willingness to travel 25–30% for client meetings, conferences, and industry events
• Experience in technology research, analyst roles, or enterprise software strategy is highly preferred
