This is an onsite position, 5 days/week, in the Vadodara office working the MID SHIFT. Hours are 5:30 PM-1:30AM IST. Remote applicants will not be considered.
Position Summary
The Revenue Cycle Platform Administrator is the primary system administrator responsible for the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of the VisiQuate Revenue Cycle Analytics and Workflow platform. This role serves as the platform owner for Revenue Cycle Management stakeholders and ensures the system is configured to support operational efficiency, analytics-driven decision-making, and regulatory compliance.
Core Responsibilities
Platform Administration & Configuration
• Serve as the system administrator and subject matter expert for the Visiquate platform.
• Configure and maintain dashboards, KPIs, reports, alerts, and workflows supporting Revenue Cycle operations.
• Manage user access, security roles, and permissions in alignment with governance standards.
• Maintain platform configurations to support evolving business needs without custom development where possible.
• Data & Reporting Ownership
• Own data validation, reconciliation, and refresh monitoring to ensure analytics accuracy.
• Partner with IT and data teams to troubleshoot integrations, data quality, and reporting issues.
• Maintain documentation for metric definitions, standard reports, and dashboards.
• Release & Change Management
• Coordinate testing, validation, and deployment of platform enhancements and vendor releases.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features, analytics, and workflow changes.
• Maintain configuration and release documentation.
• User Support & Enablement
• Act as Tier 1 / Tier 2 support for VisiQuate users.
• Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement for Revenue Cycle stakeholders and users.
• Develop job aids and reference documentation to support platform adoption.
• Stakeholder Partnership
• Serve as the primary liaison between Revenue Cycle teams, IT, and the Visiquate vendor.
• Partner with Business Analysts and Product Owners to translate business needs into platform configurations.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue performance through enhanced analytics and workflows.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience administering or supporting enterprise business applications.
• Experience supporting analytics, reporting, or workflow platforms in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management processes.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to deliver platform solutions.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
• Direct experience administering VisiQuate or similar Revenue Cycle Management workflow platform
• Experience with healthcare analytics or BI platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and structured change management.
• Experience partnering with vendors and managed service providers.
