We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Reward Analyst to join our Performance & Reward team in Sydney CBD office on a full-time basis for 3-4 months (June to early September).
Reporting to the Head of Performance and Reward, you will support the Reward team in delivering the annual performance and remuneration review, engage with key business stakeholders and provide analysis and reporting expertise.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the preparation, execution, and governance of the performance and remuneration review with analytics and data expertise
• Operate and maintain Workday Talent and Advanced Compensation modules
• Analyse and maintain performance and reward data, and validate position benchmarks
• Develop materials, briefings, and papers to support the review and approval processes
• Respond to stakeholder queries and resolve remuneration review related issues
Your Background
• Relevant tertiary qualification with proven work experience in financial or remuneration analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
• Experience with Workday Talent and Advanced Compensation modules
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy
• Excellent planning, organisational skills, and ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships with integrity
