This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Commercial Operations Analyst in Panamá with Signify.

• Analyze sales and agent performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights that support business growth.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for stakeholders across the organization.

• Support sales planning activities, including forecasting, quota setting, and incentive program administration.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Deliver training and guidance on sales tools, reporting platforms, and best practices to support team productivity and adoption.

More about you

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial analytics, business performance, or related areas.

• Experience working with reporting and analytics tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI, Snowflake, Excel, or similar platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly to diverse audiences.

• Experience supporting process improvement, change management initiatives, and collaborative cross-functional environments.

• Fluent English communication skills required.
