Sales Specialist - Data & AI Security
About this role
Accountabilities:
• Develop and execute a territory strategy that drives repeatable revenue growth across assigned enterprise accounts.
• Partner closely with account executives to identify and maximize cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing customer portfolios.
• Lead full-cycle enterprise sales engagements, from discovery and qualification through negotiation and close.
• Build compelling business cases that align security and AI governance solutions with customer priorities and risk strategies.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM management.
• Expand relationships with channel partners, resellers, and strategic alliances to increase market reach and accelerate deal flow.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders by understanding industry challenges, regulatory concerns, and evolving security needs.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of successful enterprise software sales experience, ideally within cybersecurity, data management, or related technology sectors.
• Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
• Strong experience selling to large enterprises and engaging C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
• Deep understanding of data security, governance, privacy, AI risk, or broader cybersecurity landscapes.
• Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, channel partners, and internal sales organizations.
• High integrity, strong business judgment, and a reputation for building long-term customer trust.
