Job Description:

The Role:

• Carefully prepare samples of indicated formulation designed by scientists, feedback instantly with insightful observation during sample preparation.

• Conduct measurement and polishing with high quality data mining and data summary

• Maintain accurate records of experiment results and summarize experiment data for progress reports

• Review and edit data to ensure completeness and accuracy of information

• May set up and maintain laboratory equipment and support find out root cause of unexpected results

• Support control of Chemicals and wastes inventory

• Execute assigned miscellaneous lab-related duties.

In this role you will:

• Able to properly operate chemicals by following SDS instruction.

• Able to carefully observe the properties changed of RD samples preparation process.

• Excellent lab tools execution skills (metrology tools, polishing machine and)

• Able to communicate with scientists and team leaders.

• Able to summarize and update experimental results with an organized structure.

• Able to collaborate with scientists and RA with flexible tasks assignment.

• Able to maintain and improve lab system. Such as 6S/EHS/Inventory etc

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

• Bachelor's degree minimum in chemistry, chemical engineer, material science or chemical/instruments handling related experience.

• Basic Word/Excel/PowerPoint Skill to summarize experimental results with quality architecture.

• Basic reading, speaking, writing, listening in English

• Positive learning attitude for new challenges and new objects.

• Good collaboration skills and a good team player.

• Experienced in multi-component samples preparation and properties tracking.

• Experienced in operation and daily calibration, verification and maintenance of pH meter and conductivity.

• Experienced in operation and maintenance of ZetaSizer, polishing machine or AFM/SEM.
