Senior AI Data Scientist

Accountabilities:

• Design and implement single-agent and multi-agent AI systems capable of reasoning over complex workflows

• Define agent logic, including memory, tool usage, and decision-making strategies with a focus on accuracy and control

• Build and maintain evaluation frameworks to measure model performance across metrics such as accuracy, latency, and reliability

• Develop structured prompting techniques, schemas, and tool integrations for production-grade AI systems

• Analyze model behavior and identify failure modes, translating insights into measurable improvements

• Optimize AI workflows for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into production environments

• Mentor team members and establish best practices for applied AI and machine learning systems

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI-focused engineering roles

• At least 3+ years of experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems

• Deep expertise in large language models, agent-based systems, and tool-calling frameworks

• Strong programming skills in Python and experience working with APIs and production environments

• Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate model performance and troubleshoot complex issues

• Proven ability to design scalable AI architectures and systems

Nice to have:

• Experience applying machine learning to financial or transactional data

• Background in building reusable ML frameworks or abstractions

• Strong intuition for production-level model behavior and system optimization

• Familiarity with emerging AI tools and methodologies in real-world applications
