Senior AI Engineer
About this role
Accountabilities
In this role, you will design, build, and maintain production-ready AI systems that power agentic workflows across the platform. You will be responsible for taking AI concepts from idea to deployment and ensuring they operate reliably at scale:
• Develop and deploy AI agents that solve real business problems and are actively used in production environments.
• Build end-to-end agentic workflows including tool use, memory systems, orchestration, and API integrations.
• Write high-quality Python and/or TypeScript code for scalable AI-driven applications and services.
• Integrate LLMs into internal systems and data sources with a strong focus on reliability and performance.
• Evaluate and improve agent behavior through structured testing, prompt iteration, and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to rapidly ship and refine AI-powered features.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a strong hands-on engineer with proven experience delivering AI systems into production environments. You combine deep technical expertise with practical judgment and a bias for execution:
• Experience building and deploying LLM-based systems or AI agents in production.
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript for scalable application development.
• Familiarity with modern AI tooling (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, or similar development environments).
• Solid understanding of agent design patterns including orchestration, tool use, and memory systems.
• Ability to move quickly from concept to working product with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Product-oriented mindset with focus on reliability, performance, and measurable outcomes.
