As a Senior Analytics Engineer at Bynder, you will work closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and DevOps Engineers, as well as other team members who utilize data-driven insights in their work. We are looking for someone who will help us develop impactful dashboards and visualizations for our clients. In this role, you will see the direct impact of your work on our initiatives to improve the Bynder product and grow the customer base.

What will you do:

- Create and manage data products in our Data Platform (Datalake and Data Warehouse) using AWS Glue and EMR (PySpark).

- Orchestrate data processing jobs in Airflow.

- Develop, maintain, and optimize our Analytics offering, composed of dashboards and reports in Looker.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

- Ensure data quality and consistency in our Analytics platform.

- Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in data manipulation, visualization and BI tools.

What will you bring as an Analytics Engineer:

Minimum of 4+ years of experience in analytics engineering, with hands-on experience in:

- Designing, implementing and optimizing ETL pipelines.

- Developing dashboards and reports.

- Experience with Looker or other BI tools.

- Data processing tools (Glue, EMR, PySpark).

- Workflow orchestration using Airflow, Prefect, or similar tools

- Working with cloud data warehousing solutions (Snowflake).

- Understanding data lake architecture and operations (AWS S3).

- Using infrastructure-as-code solutions (Terraform).

- Experience with Data Mesh architecture.

- Experience with Agentic Development.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and solutions.
