• Technical Leadership

•
• Lead the design and development of data pipelines, data models, and BI solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance for Snowflake-based data platform development.
• Ensure best practices in data modeling, ETL/ELT development, and BI reporting.

• Solution Delivery
• Oversee development of Power BI dashboards, datasets, and paginated reports.
• Design scalable dbt-based data transformation models within Snowflake.
• Implement CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps.

• Stakeholder Engagement
• Work closely with business stakeholders across Finance, Merchandising, Marketing, HR, IT, Fulfillment, and Executive teams.
• Translate business requirements into scalable data and reporting solutions.

• Team Leadership
• Provide technical mentorship to BI developers and data engineers.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, development practices, and data governance guidelines.
• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and development activities.

• Platform Oversight

• Ensure efficient integration of automation and orchestration tools including:
• Azure Functions
• Azure Logic Apps
• Power Automate
• Workflow orchestration tools

• Required Technical Skills (High Proficiency)
