Senior Data Analyst

Accountabilities:

• Analyze large-scale game telemetry data to uncover player behavior trends, feature usage patterns, and performance insights

• Design, build, and optimize datasets, tables, and analytical structures using advanced SQL

• Perform exploratory data analysis to generate actionable insights for product, design, and engineering teams

• Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Looker to support decision-making

• Translate business and stakeholder needs into clear data requirements and scalable analytical solutions

• Unify and analyze data from multiple structured and unstructured sources (SQL, NoSQL, cloud storage, and more)

• Ensure high standards of data quality, modeling, and efficient data architecture practices

• Act as a connector between technical and non-technical teams, enabling data-informed decision-making across the organization

Requirements:

• Strong experience writing advanced and optimized SQL for complex data analysis and dataset construction

• Proven ability to work with diverse data sources and unify complex datasets into coherent analytical models

• Solid experience in exploratory data analysis and deriving actionable business insights

• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker

• Strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, and efficient storage architecture

• Experience using Git and modern version control workflows

• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

• Familiarity with Python data libraries (e.g., Pandas, Airflow) or tools like Spark, dbt, and cloud platforms (GCP) is a plus

• Experience in the gaming industry or a startup-like environment is highly valued
