Senior Data Analyst, RevOps
About this role
Accountabilities:
• Support the full post-sales lifecycle by providing analytical insights across account management, customer success, and revenue operations to drive retention and expansion.
• Track, analyze, and report on key revenue metrics such as churn, net revenue retention, gross retention, expansion rates, and customer health indicators.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define KPIs, standardize reporting frameworks, and deliver consistent performance insights.
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and automated reporting workflows to ensure accurate and timely business visibility.
• Design, build, and manage dashboards that monitor customer health, renewal risk, and revenue trends across the organization.
• Lead deep-dive analytics initiatives that uncover growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role with strong exposure to large-scale datasets and business intelligence.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL with strong hands-on experience building queries, models, and data transformations.
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau, along with strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Solid understanding of RevOps and post-sales metrics, including churn, NRR, GRR, expansion, and customer health scoring.
• Experience working with Salesforce data, particularly account management and renewal-related objects.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or Operations Research.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical analysis into clear business recommendations.
• Highly structured, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset with strong ownership and execution ability.
• Exposure to customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight or similar tools) is a plus.
