Your Contribution:
As a Data Quality Engineer, you will own data and code quality for our pharmaceutical data platform. You will define and automate quality KPIs, monitor and improve a human‑in‑the‑loop data processing pipeline, and make trends visible to stakeholders as we migrate a legacy system to a modern, future‑proof stack.
• Join a collaborative team of passionate developers migrating our legacy pharmaceutical data management system to a cutting‑edge technology stack
• Improve and maintain an automated test environment for use‑case and data‑driven test cases (unit, integration, end‑to‑end, acceptance)
• Define, implement, and automate data quality metrics (accuracy, completeness, consistency) and publish them via dashboards
• Emphasize reporting: produce clear, actionable data quality metrics and code coverage reports; make trends visible to stakeholders
• Generate and surface code coverage reports
• Track data quality using tools like Grafana
• Perform data validation and profiling using SQL and database queries
• collaborate with the team to improve data quality controls
What You Bring Along:
• 5+ years experience as a Data Quality Engineer or similar role
• Strong, hands on expertise in Python
• Strong data engineering fundamentals (data modelling, relational database design) and a focused expertise in data quality measurement
• Strong SQL and relational database skills for data validation and profiling
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• Acquainted with working in agile environment (Scrum, Kanban)
• Definition and phrasing of test criteria that matters and are measurable
• Proficiency of English language (C1 level)
Nice to Have:
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Experience with Argo CD/Argo Workflows
