一、CRM 與客戶資料應用

1. 深入理解 CRM 應用場景（如客戶分群、行銷自動化、客戶旅程、加保／留存），能清楚定義各類 CRM use case 所需的關鍵資料欄位（data fields）、事件與標籤設計。

2. 建置與維護客戶資訊資料庫（如 Data Mart），支援 CRM、分析與行銷應用。 3. 確保資料安全、資料保護、資料品質與資料交換流程符合內部政策與相關法規。

4. 與 IT、資料工程、CRM 團隊及外部夥伴合作，推動資料與系統整合。

二、資料分析與客戶洞察

1. 進行資料清理、資料探勘與分析，從大量資料中產出具商業價值的客戶洞察（Customer Insight）。

2. 運用質化與量化資料，分析客戶偏好、行為模式、趨勢與生命周期，支援客戶、產品與通路策略。

3. 在跨部門專案中，扮演資料與分析專家角色，將業務問題轉化為可分析、可執行的數據解決方案。

三、機器學習與預測模型

1. 建立與維護機器學習與人工智慧模型，解決實際業務與客戶經營問題。

2. 確保模型成果能實際應用於 CRM 與行銷流程中，而非僅停留於分析層級。

四、Growth Marketing 與 Customer Management

1. 具備 Growth Marketing 的核心概念與實務經驗（如假設驗證、實驗設計、轉換漏斗、成效評估）。

2. 與行銷、產品、通路、CRM 等部門協作，基於數據與洞察，共同設計並優化 customer management 解決方案。

3. 協助將分析結果轉化為可測試、可優化的成長策略，提升客戶參與度、轉換率與長期客戶價值（LTV）。

五、MarTech 理解與整合

1. 了解 MarTech 生態與核心工具（如 CRM、CDP、行銷自動化、BI 等），並能理解其資料流與整合邏輯。

2. 協助定義 MarTech 所需的資料需求與分析應用，確保資料、系統與行銷流程能有效串接。

3. 探索新資料來源與技術應用機會，整合新舊資料，創造資料綜效。

【學歷與經驗】 1. 大學以上學歷，主修電腦科學、統計、資訊工程、數學或相關科系。 2. 具備至少 7 年以上 資料分析、機器學習或相關實務經驗，能獨立主導分析與應用設計。 3. 熟悉 Python, SQL, NoSQL, Power BI 4. 熟悉統計分析、機器學習與資料探勘方法。 5. 具備 CRM 實務理解，能定義 CRM use case 所需的資料結構與 data fields。 6. 了解 Growth Marketing 思維與實作方式，能將數據洞察轉化為成長行動。 7. 了解 MarTech 架構與整合概念，能在資料與行銷應用之間扮演橋樑角色。 8. 對金融與保險產業具實務經驗，能理解業務與法規背景。 9. 具備優秀的問題拆解、邏輯思考與解決能力。 10. 具備良好的跨部門溝通與影響力，能推動方案落地，並具提案簡報能力。 11. 具備基本英語溝通能力。
