Senior Data Scientist

Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to support marketing, forecasting, and operational decision-making use cases.

• Build and maintain time-series forecasts, predictive models, and performance dashboards to support business strategy.

• Monitor model performance, detect drift or degradation, and implement improvements to ensure long-term reliability.

• Perform advanced analytics including root-cause analysis, trend detection, and exploratory data analysis.

• Clean, structure, and maintain high-quality datasets for analytics and machine learning pipelines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data-driven solutions.

• Communicate insights clearly through reports, documentation, and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Support experimentation and continuous improvement across marketing and product initiatives.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, applied statistics, or advanced analytics.

• Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn; PyTorch or TensorFlow is a plus).

• Solid experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

• Hands-on experience across the full ML lifecycle including preprocessing, feature engineering, training, validation, and monitoring.

• Familiarity with forecasting techniques, time-series analysis, and statistical modeling.

• Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.

• Exposure to AI tools or LLM-based platforms such as Claude or Gemini.

• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics (Master’s preferred).

• Strong Excel and BI dashboarding skills (Sigma or Tableau preferred).
