About this role

Accountabilities:

• Lead and scale multiple engineering teams focused on applied AI and automation technologies

• Define and execute the technical strategy for AI orchestration and platform capabilities

• Drive the development and deployment of user-facing AI and machine learning features

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in engineering leadership roles, with a strong focus on AI, machine learning, or data-driven platforms

• Proven track record of building and delivering AI-powered products at scale

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, machine learning systems, and end-to-end product integration

• Strong technical background with the ability to make architectural and strategic decisions

• Experience leading and growing high-performing, distributed engineering teams

• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving technologies

• Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience partnering with product and design teams to deliver cohesive solutions

• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in AI technologies and applications
