Senior Director, HR Business Partner (AI-Native)
About this role
Accountabilities:
• Partner with the CTO and Engineering/Product/Design leadership to define and implement an AI-native operating model across technical organizations.
• Design role frameworks, career architectures, and workforce models aligned with evolving AI-driven ways of working.
• Lead organizational transformation initiatives, including change management and restructuring tied to AI adoption.
• Translate pilot program outcomes into scalable organizational playbooks and enterprise-wide workforce strategies.
• Develop and operationalize frameworks for role transitions, internal mobility, and manager enablement in evolving org structures.
• Manage and develop a team of HR Business Partners supporting non-technical functions across the company.
• Ensure consistent application of people strategies across departments as AI-native practices scale.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to define hiring profiles aligned with future skills and AI-integrated roles.
• Build measurement frameworks to track workforce transformation success, including attrition, productivity, and adoption metrics.
• Collaborate with People leadership to evolve performance, compensation, and career systems for an AI-driven environment.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5+ years as a strategic HR Business Partner in technical organizations.
• Proven experience leading large-scale organizational transformation, particularly in technology-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of AI tools and their impact on workforce design, productivity, and operating models.
• Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, role architecture, and workforce planning.
• Experience managing and developing HRBP or HR teams in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Ability to advise and influence senior executives on high-impact people and organizational decisions.
• Strong data literacy, including workforce analytics, modeling, and measurement design.
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Product, or Design organizations is highly preferred.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building frameworks in environments without established best practices.
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills at the executive level.
