Senior Full Stack Engineer

Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications, including APIs and user-facing interfaces

• Build responsive and high-performance frontend experiences using modern frameworks and best practices

• Develop and optimize backend services, data pipelines, and internal tools to support platform growth

• Deploy and manage production-ready applications in cloud environments, ensuring reliability and scalability

• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvements

• Maintain high standards of code quality, testing, and documentation across the development lifecycle

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and deliver impactful product features

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development with strong expertise in JavaScript ecosystems

• Proficiency in React, Redux, and Node.js for building modern web applications

• Solid experience working with relational databases and backend architecture design

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), including containerization and deployment tools

• Understanding of UI/UX principles, including styling, animations, and responsive design

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch or similar solutions

• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to code quality, scalability, and maintainability

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Experience in fast-paced or startup environments and mentoring others is a plus
