Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Software Engineering Advisor) is a senior-level role that helps design, build, and support software solutions. This person works closely with leaders and team members to deliver projects that meet business needs. The role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving, and the ability to guide others on best practices.
Responsibilities
• Lead and support complex software projects from start to finish
• Help define standards, tools, and frameworks with senior leaders
• Take part in all phases of development, including planning, design, and build
• Make sure solutions meet business needs and quality standards
• Provide guidance and share knowledge with team members and leaders
• Support production issues by researching problems and suggesting fixes
• Help improve processes and take part in team and cross-functional projects
• Use strong judgment and creativity to solve problems and drive results
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or similar work experience
• 5+ years of experience as a full stack developer or similar role
• Experience with front-end tools like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or similar
• Experience working with databases, web servers, and user interface design
• Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub, or TFS
• Knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns
• Experience with unit testing and test-driven development
• Experience with .NET Core and Angular is a plus
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, or event-driven systems is a plus
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems is a plus
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 111,700 - 186,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
