Senior GTM Systems Engineer
About this role
Accountabilities:
Own and evolve the technical architecture of post-sales and GTM systems, ensuring seamless integration, data integrity, and scalable automation across Salesforce, Customer Success, and Professional Services platforms.
• Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce, Planhat, Kantata, and related GTM systems, ensuring accurate and reliable data flow
• Develop and optimize automated workflows and middleware-based integrations to eliminate manual processes and reduce operational inefficiencies
• Audit legacy systems and automations, document existing logic, and reduce technical debt to improve scalability and maintainability
• Partner with cross-functional GTM, RevOps, and Customer Success teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Establish monitoring, error handling, and observability frameworks to ensure system reliability and proactive issue resolution
• Support marketplace and revenue reporting accuracy by ensuring consistent and validated data across systems
• Mentor junior system administrators and contribute to improving engineering standards, documentation practices, and Agile execution
Requirements
Experienced GTM systems or business systems engineer with strong technical depth in SaaS environments, capable of designing and maintaining complex integrations and scalable data architectures.
• 5+ years of experience in GTM systems engineering, business systems, or related technical roles in high-growth SaaS organizations
• Strong expertise with Salesforce Core, including Flows, custom objects, and CRM data architecture
• Hands-on experience with Customer Success and Professional Services platforms such as Planhat and Kantata
• Solid understanding of APIs (REST) and middleware tools such as Workato or similar integration platforms
• Strong data literacy, including SQL and familiarity with data warehouse environments (e.g., BigQuery)
• Experience ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and secure architecture at scale
• Strong problem-solving skills with an automation-first mindset and focus on operational efficiency
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical complexity into clear business outcomes
