Salary: Level C - $152,695 - $176,065 p.a. plus 17% super

Your next career opportunity  
In this role, you will lead the redesign and implementation of our evidence-based clinical education model. 
You will shape innovative curricula and professional experience, integrating digital, interprofessional and simulation-based approaches across teacher education programs. 
You will extend your research profile, mentor colleagues and influence national and international debates on clinical teacher education.

What you will deliver:

• Lead the redevelopment, implementation and continuous improvement of a contemporary, evidence-based clinical education model across Faculty programs.

• Design and coordinate innovative curricula, including blended, online and simulation-based learning, aligned to accreditation standards and workforce needs.

• Advance a strong research program in clinical education, secure external funding and publish in leading international outlets.

• Provide academic leadership, mentoring and professional development for colleagues involved in clinical teaching and curriculum innovation.

• Build strategic partnerships with schools, systems and policy-makers to enhance clinical education, professional learning and impact.

You may be a great fit if you:

• Hold a PhD or research doctorate in teacher education, curriculum design or a closely related discipline.

• Demonstrate a strong record in teacher education, curriculum development or professional experience, including innovative program leadership.

• Maintain an established research profile with quality publications and success in competitive grants or external funding.

• Bring experience designing and leading clinical education initiatives that integrate evidence-based pedagogy and digital learning technologies.

• Show proven capability in supervising higher degree research students through to successful completion in education-related fields.

• Collaborate effectively within academic teams, providing leadership, guidance and support to contract, sessional and early career staff.
