We are actively hiring for a Sr. Manager, Product Intelligence - Remote

Your Role: Reporting to the Director, Product Innovation & Intelligence, the Sr. Manager, Product Intelligence is responsible for the delivery of actionable intelligence powered by artificial intelligence (AI) that drives data-driven decision-making within Product Strategy & Development (PS&D). This role uses analytics and artificial intelligence to go beyond traditional insights – actively shaping decisions by equipping product managers with modern intelligence and predictive capabilities to guide timely, high-quality choices for our products.

Leading a team of analysts, the Sr. Manager focuses on building and deploying innovative AI and analytics solutions that ensure the delivery of reliable, decision-ready intelligence. By operationalizing Data Science outputs and integrating new AI driven insight frameworks, the team transforms complex data into practical, automated decision support tools. The emphasis is on making intelligence rapid to access, intuitive to interpret, and consistently accurate, while advancing automation and responsible AI practices to streamline processes and elevate decision quality across the organization.

Collaborating across Product Design, Product Delivery, Product Implementation, Data Science, State Product Management, Product Distribution, Actuary, Brand & UX, Service, Claims, Operations, Finance, and Technology, this leader translates business questions into complex analytics and AI requirements, drives execution of an intelligence roadmap that prioritizes artificial intelligence capabilities, and embeds these intelligence solutions into PS&D operating routines and governance to shape strategic decisions and further innovation.

Your Work:

• Act as a strategic analytics partner to Product Managers by translating business needs into actionable deliverables and embedding insights into PS&D operations for more effective decision-making.
• Lead the creation, enhancement, and distribution of AI-enabled product intelligence – including dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports – to provide clear, data-driven insights for PS&D and senior leadership
• Operationalize Data Science outputs by redefining complex model results into intuitive, actionable intelligence and standardized reporting frameworks that drive confident, data-informed decisions
• Deploy AI insight frameworks – including early-warning systems, anomaly detection, scenario exploration, sensitivity analysis, and tradeoff modeling, with comprehensive documentation and governance controls to support informed decision-making
• Ensure robust quality assurance, governance, and data integrity for all intelligence deliverables, proactively addressing data quality issues and collaborating on solutions
• Build and lead a high-performing, AI-fluent team, setting expectations for product acumen, analytical rigor, intelligence delivery, executive communication and fostering continuous development, and collaboration
• Coach team members in AI driven decision intelligence disciplines, including analytics-as-a-product, causal thinking, experimentation support, model interpretation, and automated insight delivery – to develop continuous growth and impact
• Be responsible for and prioritize analytics requests, leveraging AI tools to ensure timely, high impact, and clear results aligned with evolving business priorities

Required Experience, Education and Skills

• 10+ years of dynamic experience in product management, product delivery, or related disciplines, including innovation and/or large‑scale modernization initiatives
• 3–5+ years of direct people management experience leading product teams (including hiring, coaching, and performance management) with accountability across multiple initiatives
• Proven ability to lead others directly or indirectly, as demonstrated through 3+ years of leading teams, enterprise wide programs, or large cross-functional programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, including clarifying intelligence and insights in a consumable format to internal and external partners and business leaders
• Able to lead teams to greater productivity and creativity
• Skilled coach and mentor. Ability to attract, develop and retain highly skilled, strong talent
• Strategic, organizational and problem solving skills
• Demonstrates analytical, intelligence, and mathematical skills, with the ability to review and direct analyses that answer specific business questions (insights/analytics), as well as synthesize intelligence that empowers confident, data-driven decisions by redefining raw information into actionable, decision-ready guidance
• Working knowledge of AI/ML product development and responsible AI controls, with the ability to partner with data and technology teams on requirements and adoption
• Exhibits exceptional intellectual curiosity and a relentless passion for continuous learning, consistently expanding upon an already strong foundation in AI to stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and innovation practices
• Demonstrates a strong bias toward decisive action, consistently driving initiatives with exceptional speed and unwavering commitment to quality
• Proven track record to lead and develop teams in matrixed, cross‑functional environments
• Business and technical writing skills and proficient in AI tools (e.g., Microsoft 365/Copilot, roadmap and backlog tools, SQL/SAS or equivalent) and strong business and technical writing skills
• Excellent project management techniques and processes. Highly skilled negotiator
• Excellent understanding of business systems and processes and how they link together

Please note we are hiring for this role remote anywhere in the United States with the following exceptions: Hawaii and Alaska.

The national average salary range for this position is $160,155.00-$177,950.00. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on work location. The starting pay range for this position across all the states we hire in is $160,155.00-$213,550.00.  This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 20% of eligible pay.
