Senior Marketing Operations Manager, Process and AI
About this role
Accountabilities:
• Lead the end-to-end marketing AI roadmap, identifying high-impact use cases and guiding them from discovery through pilot, implementation, scaling, and optimization.
• Translate marketing needs into clear AI capability requirements, defining inputs, outputs, success criteria, and operational constraints.
• Establish and manage AI governance frameworks, including intake, prioritization, stage gates, compliance checks, and performance measurement.
• Design and continuously improve marketing processes, workflows, and operating models to enable scalable and efficient execution.
• Partner with technical, operational, and legal stakeholders to ensure alignment, feasibility, and sustainable implementation of AI-driven solutions.
• Drive change management efforts including training, enablement materials, playbooks, and adoption strategies for new AI capabilities.
• Maintain documentation and lifecycle governance for AI initiatives, ensuring transparency, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, process optimization, or marketing technology roles.
• Strong background in marketing systems, workflow design, and operational governance within complex or matrixed environments.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into structured technical requirements and scalable solutions.
• Experience working with marketing technologies and platforms; familiarity with tools such as Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Asana, HockeyStack, or 6Sense is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in AI, automation, or advanced marketing operations transformation initiatives.
• Ability to design lightweight governance models for AI or MarTech initiatives, including intake and prioritization frameworks.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and simplify complex technical concepts.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity with strong judgment on when to apply structure versus exploratory approaches.
• Experience in change management, enabling adoption of new tools, processes, and technologies across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
