Senior Product Manager, Smart Data Products

Accountabilities:

• Define and execute a strategic roadmap for Smart Data Products, aligning long-term vision with measurable outcomes

• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch, iteration, and adoption, ensuring high-quality delivery

• Develop and scale data products that are accessible, reliable, and valuable within a modern data platform ecosystem

• Oversee the creation of AI-driven agents that enable intuitive, conversational interactions with data

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver impactful releases

• Promote the use of AI-powered product development tools to enhance speed, efficiency, and innovation

• Partner with go-to-market teams to refine product positioning, messaging, and drive user adoption

• Balance stakeholder expectations across executive leadership and end-users while maintaining agility and focus

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software product management, ideally focused on data platforms, data products, or AI/ML solutions

• Strong understanding of data governance, data catalogs, and modern data architectures

• Experience working with open-source technologies in a product management capacity

• Proven ability to operate effectively in both startup environments and large organizations

• Demonstrated track record of delivering enterprise-grade SaaS products from concept to scale

• Ability to translate complex customer and stakeholder needs into actionable product features

• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field

• Experience launching early-stage or zero-to-one products is a plus
