Senior Product Marketing Manager, AI Apps
About this role
Accountabilities:
• Define and lead go-to-market strategy for AI Agents and AI-powered applications across the full customer lifecycle, from build to scale.
• Develop positioning and messaging frameworks that clearly articulate the value of AI-driven products for SMB, developer, and mid-market segments.
• Identify high-impact use cases that drive adoption, activation, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Lead cross-functional product launches from beta through general availability, ensuring strong market entry and sustained adoption.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to shape roadmap direction based on market insights and customer feedback.
• Translate complex AI and machine learning capabilities into simple, compelling customer benefits and business outcomes.
• Build and execute content strategies including product narratives, demos, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
• Support lifecycle and growth teams in improving acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion metrics.
• Define success metrics and use data-driven experimentation to continuously optimize messaging and go-to-market performance.
• Monitor competitive landscape and emerging trends in AI, SaaS, and digital presence ecosystems.
Requirements
This role requires deep product marketing expertise combined with strong technical fluency in AI-driven products and the ability to translate complex technologies into clear customer value. Candidates should be highly strategic, data-driven, and comfortable working in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
• 8 to 10+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS, AI, data platforms, or technical product environments.
• Proven experience launching AI, machine learning, or automation-based products or features.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling customer messaging.
• Experience owning go-to-market strategy and driving measurable adoption and growth outcomes.
• Background working closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Growth teams.
• Strong storytelling, writing, and content development skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and measuring product and marketing impact.
• Strong understanding of customer behavior, market dynamics, and product adoption levers.
• Experience with SMB, mid-market, or developer-focused products is highly valuable.
• MBA or advanced degree in business or a technical field is a plus.
