Senior Provider Analytics Professional
About this role
Accountabilities:
In this role, you will lead the development of analytics solutions and reporting frameworks that support provider performance management and value-based care initiatives across the enterprise.
• Partner with analytics and enablement teams to design and deliver dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and related tools.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance provider engagement and performance reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze key performance indicators and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership teams.
• Support evaluation of provider platforms and engagement strategies through recurring and ad-hoc analytical requests.
• Build and refine value-based care analytics models that connect provider performance to business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across reporting systems.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BI tools, data pipelines, and analytics frameworks.
Requirements:
This role requires strong analytical expertise in healthcare or enterprise data environments, along with advanced technical and communication skills to influence strategic decisions.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, delivering actionable insights that support business strategy.
• 3+ years of experience using SQL and/or SAS to transform and manage large datasets for reporting and analysis.
• 2+ years of experience building dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Experience developing solutions using low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps or Power Automate.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and lead analytical projects from scope definition to delivery.
• Experience working with healthcare provider data and value-based care performance metrics is highly preferred.
• Ability to present insights effectively to senior leadership and influence strategic decisions.
• Familiarity with Databricks and enterprise BI administration is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Healthcare, or related field preferred.
