Senior Research Director

Accountabilities:

• Lead research on agentic AI tools and platforms, identifying key market trends, adoption patterns, and future developments across enterprise AI ecosystems.

• Conduct market segmentation, sizing, and forecasting, using structured research methodologies to evaluate growth opportunities and competitive dynamics.

• Analyze vendor strategies, financial performance, and product positioning to assess market competitiveness and differentiation.

• Collaborate with internal analysts across AI and automation domains to develop integrated research insights and forecasts.

• Support client-facing engagements by delivering expert insights, responding to inquiries, and presenting findings to senior and executive stakeholders.

• Contribute to revenue growth through engagement with sales teams, supporting subscription services and custom research solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in a relevant field such as technology, business, or data science.

• Extensive experience in AI, digital transformation, enterprise software, or related technical/business strategy roles.

• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence technologies, including generative AI, predictive models, and large language models.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools and/or AI implementation projects is highly valued.

• Proven ability to analyze complex datasets, survey results, and financial reports, translating them into clear insights and recommendations.

• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.

• Strong analytical thinking, collaboration skills, and the ability to work independently in a research-driven environment.

• Willingness to travel approximately 25–30% for client meetings and industry events.
