• Collaborate closely with UX, product, and backend engineers to deliver cohesive end‑to‑end solutions.

• Lead and participate in code reviews, setting a high bar for code quality, readability, and maintainability.

• Make informed trade‑offs between usability, performance, technical complexity, and delivery timelines.

• Apply engineering best practices around testing, accessibility, performance, and reliability.

• Participate actively in technical design discussions, proposing pragmatic and sustainable frontend solutions.

• Support production systems by diagnosing and resolving frontend‑related issues.

• Contribute to technical documentation that supports long‑term maintainability and onboarding.

• Constructive technical leadership that helps raise frontend engineering standards across the team.

• Continuous improvement of frontend practices, tooling, and developer experience.

Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices for frontend applications.

• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively from high‑level requirements while collaborating within cross‑functional teams.

• Clear communication skills and confidence contributing to technical discussions.
