The job

At LucidLink, we're reimagining how creative teams collaborate with data in real time — and our Channel Partners Program is a fast-growing part of that story. We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack, to help us build and scale the Channel Partner Platform: the systems, integrations, and experiences that power our partners and the customers they serve.

You'll work across the stack, shape product direction alongside a sharp and collaborative team, and ship features that real partners and customers rely on every day. If you enjoy solving meaningful problems end-to-end — from API design to the interfaces users interact with — you'll feel right at home here.

What you'll do

- Help build and extend the Channel Partner Platform, a core piece of LucidLink's go-to-market engine.

- Design and develop customer-facing and internal APIs that are reliable, well-documented, and a pleasure to integrate with.

- Build and refine frontend experiences — partner portals, self-service flows, dashboards, and admin tooling — with a focus on clarity and usability.

- Design billing solutions and multitenant, customer-facing integrations that scale cleanly across partners and end customers.

- Troubleshoot, analyze, and continuously improve customer-facing scenarios, turning real-world feedback into tangible product improvements.

What it's like on the team

- Take part in design and product sessions where your ideas genuinely influence where the product goes next.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — product, design, QA, DevOps, and partner-facing teams — to ship seamless, performant features.

- Challenge technical decisions constructively and help us build a smarter, better product together.

- Own features from idea to production, and stick around to see how they perform in the real world.

- Contribute to the team's culture of learning, honest feedback, and shared success.

What we're looking for

- Strong knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript.

- Hands-on experience with NestJS and React.

- Solid understanding of web application architecture across backend and frontend, including API and service design.

- Comfort with automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD as part of your normal workflow.

- Fluent written and spoken English — you'll be collaborating with teammates and partners across multiple regions.

Nice to have

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems.

- Exposure to billing systems, subscription models, or multitenant SaaS architectures.

- Previous work on partner, reseller, or B2B2C platforms.

Interview process:
Here’s what you can expect when you apply:

1. Initial interview – a chat with our People & Culture team to get to know you and your background.

2. Technical interview – a conversation with some of our engineers to dive into your skills and experience.

3. Take-home task – an assignment to work on in your own time, showcasing your problem-solving approach.

4. Task review – a follow-up interview where you’ll walk us through your solution and thought process.

5. Final interview – a discussion with our VP of Engineering, Engineering Manager, or both, to make sure we’re the right fit for each other.
