Senior Specialist, Learning & Development

Accountabilities

• Support the execution of a multi-quarter learning and development roadmap focused on onboarding, AI enablement, and tools adoption initiatives.

• Translate enterprise and business priorities into structured learning programs, scalable frameworks, and measurable learning experiences.

• Design and develop end-to-end learning journeys and enablement models that support employees and leaders across the organization.

• Contribute to the modernization and optimization of onboarding programs to improve consistency, accessibility, and effectiveness.

• Facilitate learning sessions and enablement programs for employees and people managers across various business functions.

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate program delivery, align timelines, and manage dependencies across initiatives.

• Define and track learning success metrics, adoption indicators, and program performance to drive continuous improvement.

• Support learning platforms (LMS/LXP) configuration, rollout execution, and user experience enhancements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Instructional Design, or related fields.

• Experience designing or supporting scalable learning programs, onboarding initiatives, or enterprise enablement frameworks.

• Strong facilitation skills with experience delivering learning sessions to employees and/or managers.

• Familiarity with learning technologies (LMS/LXP) and exposure to modern AI tools used in learning or productivity contexts.

• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.

• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills in fast-paced, matrixed environments.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and build strong cross-functional relationships.

• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking engagement, adoption, and learning impact metrics.

• Experience supporting tool adoption or technology enablement initiatives is highly preferred.

• Background in media, technology, or fast-moving consumer organizations is a plus.
