Why This Role Matters

As a Senior Workday Reporting & Analytics Specialist, you will play a key role in enabling trusted, high-quality HR reporting across our global organization. You will support data validation, reporting governance, and external reporting processes, helping ensure that our people data is accurate, transparent, and meaningful for decision-making.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR and business stakeholders, contributing to a culture of data integrity, inclusion, and continuous improvement. You will help shape reliable reporting solutions that support both operational excellence and strategic insights.

What You’ll Do

• Design and deliver accurate, insight-driven Workday reports and dashboards across Core HCM and related modules

• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into meaningful HR analytics

• Continuously enhance global reporting capabilities supporting improvements during Workday releases

• Help maintain high data quality by proactively identifying  inconsistencies and contributing to solutions

• Support the delivery and validation of external HR reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for HR Workday reporting support, troubleshooting issues, and driving solutions

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in HR reporting, HRIS, or workforce data analysis

• Hands-on experience building and maintaining Workday reports

• Strong data validation and testing mindset with high attention to detail

• Advanced knowledge of Workday reporting (composite, matrix, calculated fields, dashboards)

• Familiarity with external HR reporting frameworks (e.g., Global Reporting Initiative , Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, Securities and Exchange Commission​) is an advantage

• Experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
