Your role and responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled colleague who understands the pharma environment and can act as the customer’s trusted partner. Your goal will be to identify service needs and help key stakeholders understand the system’s complexity – and the value of having ABB as their service partner. You will not be a traditional salesperson – instead, you will engage as a technical advisor who can communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization. You will support ABB’s pharma clients by building strong technical relationships, understanding operational needs, and ensuring that ABB’s automation solutions create long-term value.
Your responsibilities will include
• Experience delivering technical services to the pharma industry or similar regulated industries
• Solid understanding of pharma operational environments and processes
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and effectively to customers
• Ability to build trust and position yourself as a valued advisor to customers and stakeholders (rather than a traditional salesperson)
• Understanding of automation or related technical disciplines
• Knowledge of GMP requirements, including documentation and compliance processes, is an advantage
• Motivated and comfortable working in a customer-focused environment
• Sees it as an opportunity to help develop the service concept and contribute to growing the Pharma service team over the coming years
Qualifications for the role
• Experience delivering technical services to the pharma industry or other similar industries
• Knowledge of pharma operational environments and processes
• Ability to communicate technical topics clearly to customers
• The ability to build trust and position yourself as a valued advisor with stakeholders
• Understanding of automation or related technical fields
• Knowledge of GMP requirements including documentation and compliance processes is an advantage
• Ability to position yourself as an advisor rather than a traditional salesperson
• Motivated and able to navigate a customer-focused environment

You can choose to be based at our offices in Kalundborg, Ballerup, or Middelfart, but please note that you’ll need to be on-site in Kalundborg several days a week.
