Software Engineer (AI Platform)

Accountabilities:

• Develop and enhance backend services that power conversational AI capabilities across multiple communication channels

• Design, build, and maintain APIs and integrations with internal systems and external data sources

• Contribute to the development and deployment of scalable cloud infrastructure and data pipelines

• Work with modern AI technologies and large language models (LLMs) in production environments

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and data scientists to deliver new features

• Support system reliability, performance optimization, and monitoring initiatives

• Participate in improving backend architecture and ensuring scalability of distributed systems

• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices and code quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience

• Experience in Python or another backend programming language

• Familiarity with backend development, APIs, or distributed systems

• Strong interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or intelligent systems

• Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive learning mindset

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented engineering environment

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or similar is a plus

• Internship, academic, or project experience in backend systems or AI-related development is a plus

• Experience working with data pipelines, APIs, or distributed architectures is advantageous
