Role Overview

We are looking for a Software Engineer (Elixir) to contribute across the full software development lifecycle, supporting business requirements through modern backend systems, web applications, and cloud infrastructure.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications and backend systems using Elixir, Phoenix / LiveView, and PostgreSQL

• Participate in use case analysis, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance

• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems and AWS cloud infrastructure using observability tools such as Grafana

• Work with asynchronous job processing and background workflows using Oban

• Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Contribute to performance, reliability, security, and continuous improvement initiatives

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in software engineering with focus on web development, backend systems, and RDBMS

• Experience managing production systems and cloud-based environments

• Ability to quickly learn new programming languages and frameworks

• Strong problem-solving mindset with a pragmatic and product-oriented approach

• Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs and maintain awareness of the wider system context

• Experience across the full software development lifecycle
