Software Engineer II - Agentic AI

What You Will Do:

• Design and develop agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making, task planning, tool usage, and self-evaluation.
• Build and maintain multi-agent workflows, agent orchestration layers, and stateful reasoning pipelines.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems, APIs, data sources, and workflow engines.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into working PoCs, then evolve them into production-grade solutions.
• Implement guardrails for reliability, observability, cost control, and safe execution of autonomous agents.
• Collaborate with platform, SRE, security, and product teams to ensure scalability and compliance.

What you Bring:

• 2 years of experience in software engineering, applied AI/ML engineering, or intelligent systems development.
• Strong programming skills in Python and at least one other language (Java, Go, Scala, or similar).
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications or intelligent systems in production.
• Solid understanding of:
• Software engineering fundamentals
• Distributed systems and APIs
• CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices
