Description

As the Solutions Sales Specialist for Healthcare Data and AI (Provider), you will be responsible for managing the sales process to bring Verily’s Data & Technology solutions to new Provider clients. You will need to understand customer needs, acting as a trusted advisor to match potential solutions. This requires understanding Verily’s differentiators, demonstrating the software for prospective customers, and driving pricing and contracting. You will work cross functionally within the Healthcare Provider Commercial team and with colleagues across Verily. This role will require you to be flexible and nimble and aggressively grow the business to help establish Verily as the premier solution for precision health.

This role can be remote within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners. Focus on transformational outcomes that make an impact for various stakeholders across health systems and academic medical centers.

• Collaborate with Commercial colleagues across Verily in the strategic sales processes from lead generation to close, including presenting value propositions, identifying and addressing partner needs, negotiating business terms, and executing contracts.

• Leverage deep knowledge of your client’s organizational structure to discover new business opportunities for Verily solutions.

• Gather valuable feedback from customers and partners on pricing, market challenges, innovation and the competitive landscape. Hold responsibility for bookings and revenue generation for the solutions you sell.

• Collaborate across the Verily organization to achieve personal goals, team objectives and company milestones.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or related field. Plus 8+ years of relevant experience in sales, strategy consulting or business development focused on healthtech SaaS.

• Deep understanding of the healthcare industry.

• Experience selling complex solutions and driving significant revenue growth.

• Highly consultative, hands on and collaborative. Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven ability to work with complex, technical software and service offerings, and processes involving multiple stakeholders.

• Ability to take initiative, work efficiently and respond quickly to changes and a dynamic environment.

• A positive attitude, open mind, entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to collaborate and learn.

• Connection to Verily’s corporate purpose … to bring the promise of precision health to everyone, every day.

• Experience with Google suite of productivity applications (gMail, gCalendar, Sheets, Slides, Docs).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $128,000 - $192,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
