The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Spectrum Data Analyst to support Joint Inter-Agency Task Force 401 (JIATF 401). As an Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets related to spectrum usage and management. This role involves developing insights, creating reports, and providing recommendations to optimize spectrum utilization and performance.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze spectrum data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize spectrum usage and system performance metrics.
• Use specialized software tools to produce and distribute the SOI, ensuring accurate and timely communication across operational teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable products.
• Conduct root cause analysis to address spectrum-related issues and propose recommended solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in spectrum management and data analytics.
• Prepare and present analytical findings to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Active Top-Secret SCI Clearance
• BA/BS with 4+ years; AA/AS with 8+ years; or HS/GED with 10+ years.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software
• Experience with data visualization tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
• Knowledge of UxS/C-UxS capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and quality assurance
Desired:
• Experience with test measurement and diagnostic equipment
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Experience briefing senior level military and civilian leaders

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$75,200 - 158,100 USD
