About the role:
This full-time pediatric outpatient position specializes in feeding and swallowing dysfunctions. You’ll manage a diverse caseload in our outpatient clinic and also play a key role in our NICU Follow-Up Clinic, helping premature infants meet developmental milestones. Our team works closely with inpatient pediatrics, ensuring children and their families receive seamless, compassionate care.

What we’re looking for:
• Current Montana Speech Language Pathologist license (or obtained upon hire date)
• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric outpatient experience post-CFY (preferred) and able to work with ages birth and above
• Expertise in pediatric feeding and Outpatient Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS)
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Current HS AED CPR or BLS HCP certification or must successfully obtain within six (6) months of hire as applicable to assigned area(s).
What you'll do:
• Create and deliver individualized therapy plans to help children thrive.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and ongoing assessments.
• Conduct Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS) for outpatient pediatrics.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to support patient progress.
• Provide clear, timely documentation that meets payer and state guidelines.
• Contribute to team projects and initiatives that enhance rehab services.

Shift:
Day Shift - Variable Hours (United States of America)
Schedule: Full-time, 30 hours per week, variable day shifts
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
