We’re growing our Business Intelligence team and are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst who excels at turning complex data into clear, decision‑ready insight.

In this role, you’ll work closely with functional leaders and partners, influencing discussions and outcomes through strong analytical thinking and compelling data storytelling. • You build and evolve impactful, scalable BI solutions that enable stakeholders to make better, faster, data‑driven decisions, while maintaining a strong Tableau-based reporting portfolio.
• You turn business questions into meaningful insights by combining SQL data from multiple sources and perspectives.
• You partner closely with stakeholders to understand priorities, challenge assumptions, and shape analytics that drive clear actions and outcomes.
• You deliver ad‑hoc, exploratory, and deep‑dive analyses to support evolving business needs.
• You go beyond standard reporting to explain trends, drivers, and opportunities, helping teams understand why things are happening and what to do next.
• You take full ownership of analytical work from idea to delivery, with a strong focus on quality, usability, and impact.
• You ensure insights are trustworthy by validating data, assumptions, and results, investigating issues, identifying root causes, and collaborating with technical teams to resolve them.
• You continuously look for ways to simplify, automate, and improve reporting and analysis delivery.
• You contribute to a consistent, scalable BI ecosystem by applying best practices, templates, and shared components.
• You stay up to date with BI tools, techniques, and industry best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
• You support a strong data‑driven culture by helping stakeholders interpret insights confidently and act on them.
• You share knowledge and ideas that help the BI team grow, mature, and continuously improve.

• You are confident working with SQL and large datasets, and can combine data from multiple sources.
• You have advanced Tableau skills and know how to design dashboards that are clear, intuitive, and decision‑ready for different audiences.

• You care deeply about data quality, consistency, and trust, and take responsibility for validating assumptions and results.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 5-8 years related experience and a Master’s degree and 2-5 years of equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 0-2 years of experience.

Flex Workplace:

• Your primary location will be your assigned Dexcom site, but you may work part of the week from a home office. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically within an hour’s commute).

Monthly base salary for this position is from €4,157.92 to €5,136.25 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.#DexcomLithuania
