Sr. Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager
About this role
Accountabilities:
• Build, maintain, and optimize scalable data pipelines integrating product, CRM, and external data sources to ensure reliable analytics access across the organization
• Own the end-to-end BI environment, including data modeling, transformation logic, and visualization frameworks used for reporting and decision-making
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that support product strategy, customer outcomes, and revenue growth initiatives
• Define and enforce data governance, quality standards, and consistency practices to ensure trust in all analytical outputs
• Enable self-service analytics by building robust, well-structured data foundations for business users and leadership teams
• Develop AI-supported analytics workflows (e.g., sentiment analysis, pattern detection) to enhance strategic insights and decision-making
• Support executive and operational stakeholders in leveraging data for internal reporting, customer communications, and strategic storytelling
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or BI roles within SaaS or data-driven environments
• Strong expertise in SQL and Python, with proven ability to build and maintain scalable data pipelines and models
• Hands-on experience with dbt in production environments, ideally managing complex data models
• Strong experience working with large, messy, real-world datasets and transforming them into structured insights
• Experience building dashboards and reports for both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders
• Ability to translate data insights into clear business narratives that influence decision-making
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, or similar platforms
• Experience working with modern data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift, ClickHouse, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect
