Sr Software AI Engineer - Context Engineering
About this role
Accountabilities:
• Contribute to the design and development of a scalable AI-ready data lakehouse optimized for low-latency context retrieval and agent operations.
• Build and prototype emerging agentic architectures, including multi-agent orchestration and long-term memory systems.
• Develop platform-level services, SDKs, and APIs enabling seamless creation and execution of autonomous AI workflows.
• Implement contextual systems that go beyond traditional search, enabling reasoning-based retrieval and intent-aware data access.
• Integrate emerging interoperability standards such as the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agentic RAG frameworks.
• Maintain engineering excellence through code quality, CI/CD best practices, and cross-functional architecture collaboration.
• Support observability and performance monitoring across AI systems using modern telemetry and metrics frameworks.
Requirements:
• 6+ years of software engineering experience with strong focus on distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
• Proficiency in Java or Scala, along with strong Python development skills.
• Experience building scalable APIs, SDKs, or developer-facing platforms.
• Strong understanding of software-defined infrastructure and platform engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Agentic RAG, LLM-based workflows, and AI-native CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux), Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), and modern CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, including core services like IAM, compute, and storage.
• Understanding of observability tooling such as OpenTelemetry and AI system performance monitoring.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts and trade-offs.
