About the role:
This role is perfect for someone who loves working with data, enjoys problem solving, and wants to develop their analytical skills within a supportive team.

You'll be working closely with the Director of Sustainability and the Sustainability Analyst as well as other data analysts, gaining hands on experience across reporting, data quality, and business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the collection, cleaning, and validation of data from multiple sources
• Supporting the Sustainability team in producing regular and ad hoc reports
• Helping to maintain dashboards and visualisations for internal teams
• Monitoring data quality and flagging inconsistencies or anomalies
• Working with the Sustainability team to ensure data governance and accuracy standards are met
• Running basic queries and extracting datasets for analysis
• Contributing to process improvements and helping streamline reporting workflows
• Assisting in the preparation of KPI reports and performance insights
• Supporting and contributing to projects involving ESG data and reporting transformation

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and a natural curiosity for data.
• 3-4 years of experience in a data related role.
• Appetite for AI and automation tools, eager to explore how emerging technologies can streamline ESG reporting and data workflows
• Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment with multiple data owners
• Good excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
• Exposure to SQL, Power BI, or similar tools (training can be provided)
• Planning and execution of multiple projects as part of the wider corporate sustainability compliance.
• Controls the project scope, ensuring that rigorous change control is exercised.
• Ensures project deliverables meet requirements and that acceptance and handover to business as usual are managed against agreed acceptance criteria and to a defined plan.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and spot trends
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with internal stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Eagerness to learn and develop within a data focused career.
• Highly proficient defining project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Able to form relationships with key stakeholders, provide great decision making and effectively lead a delivery team.
• Manage risk and when to engage senior sponsors.
• Familiarity with Databricks beneficial.
