System Integration & AI Tooling Program Manager, Personal Systems

Description -

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager to lead system integration programs and internal AI tooling initiatives within Personal Systems. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, ODM partners, and engineering stakeholders to drive successful OS image build development, platform integration, and production release execution.

The ideal candidate should have program management capability, solid communication skills, and the flexibility to manage change, uncertainty, and unexpected challenges. This role also requires an innovation mindset to help plan, coordinate, and execute internal AI tool projects that improve workflow efficiency and execution quality.

*Basic scripting, debugging, and technical understanding of Advanced Operating Systems, Windows, and ARM-based platforms are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate seamlessly with different functional teams to oversee and facilitate the development and execution of OS Image builds across diverse platforms.

• Lead OS image build and system integration programs across multiple platforms from project kickoff through production release, ensuring schedule, quality, and execution readiness.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ODM partners to align project requirements, technical specifications, deliverables, timelines, and ownership.

• Manage project milestones and execution cadence, including weekly meetings, action tracking, issue follow-up, project reviews, and management reporting.

• Drive internal AI tooling initiatives, including planning discussions, requirement alignment, execution tracking, and adoption with relevant stakeholders.

• Identify project risks, technical blockers, and scope changes, then develop mitigation plans to minimize schedule, quality, and delivery impact.

Education & Experience Recommended

• Typically 4+ years experiences and familiar in building operating system images with Windows, AOS and or ARM systems.

• Proficient scripting and debugging skills, enabling effective troubleshooting and optimization of OS Images.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English.

• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve project objectives.

• Innovative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, managing multiple tasks concurrently.

• Demonstrated ownership of projects, consistently delivering results within specified timelines.

• Flexibility and adaptability to navigate evolving project requirements and challenges.
