Your role at Transformation, Operations & Insights

As the Teamlead Global HR Analytics & AI in our Transformation, Operations & Insights unit you will…

• Translate the global HR Data, Analytics & AI strategy into a concrete roadmap, portfolio and delivery plan for HR analytics and AI solutions.

• Design, implement and continuously improve scalable HR analytics products (reports, dashboards, self-service solutions) to support data-driven decisions across HR and the business.

• Drive the design, development and deployment of AI and machine-learning use cases in HR (e.g., talent, engagement, workforce planning) with a strong focus on Agentic AI.

• Establish and govern standards, processes and tools for AI solution lifecycle management (e.g., MLOps, monitoring, model governance, documentation).

• Ensure HR analytics and AI solutions are compliant with data privacy, security and ethical AI principles, in alignment with corporate guidelines.

• Lead and develop the global HR Analytics & AI team, fostering a high-performance, innovative and collaborative culture.

• >7 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or related fields, ideally with proven leadership or team lead responsibility.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex HR data and generate clear, actionable insights.

• Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing and scaling AI / machine-learning solutions within HR functions.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g. Python, R, SQL, BI / data visualization tools).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate technical and analytical topics for non-technical stakeholders.

• Solid project and portfolio management skills, including managing multiple global initiatives and deadlines in parallel.

• English business proficiency is a must-have, German proficiency is a plus.
