About the Role
WORLD WIDE PROFESSIONAL SOLUTIONS is hiring a Wastewater Construction Manager to support hyperscale data center builds across North Texas.
This role sits within the owner’s representative construction management team and is focused on field execution, installation oversight, and delivery of water and wastewater systems supporting mission critical facilities.
This is a full-time, long-term position with continuity across multiple projects. You will be embedded in active builds, driving execution quality, schedule adherence, and system readiness in a zero downtime environment.
Role Overview
The Wastewater Construction Manager is responsible for on-site construction execution and coordination of wastewater and water infrastructure systems.
This is a field leadership role, ensuring systems are installed correctly, safely, and in alignment with design, schedule, and commissioning requirements.
You will work closely with contractors, trades, engineers, and client stakeholders to drive installation progress, resolve field issues, and support turnover readiness.
Key Responsibilities – Construction Execution (Water / Wastewater)
Act as the owner’s representative field lead for wastewater and water systems
Oversee daily construction activities and installation of:
Wastewater treatment systems
Industrial water handling and discharge systems
Process piping and utility infrastructure
Monitor contractor performance, manpower, and sequencing to maintain schedule
Perform regular site walkdowns to verify installation quality and identify issues early
Enforce compliance with drawings, specifications, and construction standards
Coordinate across trades to resolve clashes, access constraints, and install conflicts
Drive execution of RFIs, submittals, and field clarifications
Support QA/QC including inspections, testing, and punchlist management
Partner with commissioning teams for startup, flushing, testing, and turnover
Track progress, maintain documentation, and report field issues
Promote a safety-first, high accountability jobsite culture
Mentor junior staff and reinforce field best practices
Requirements
5 to 10 years of construction management or field supervision experience in:
Data centers
Industrial water or wastewater systems
Advanced manufacturing
Oil and gas or heavy industrial environments
Strong background in field execution, sequencing, and trade coordination
Experience with process piping, utility systems, or industrial infrastructure
Ability to operate in fast-paced, schedule-driven environments
Working knowledge of water and wastewater codes and standards
Proficiency with construction documentation and reporting tools
Preferred Experience
Hyperscale data center or mission critical project experience
Exposure to commissioning, startup, and turnover
Experience in an owner’s representative environment
OSHA 30 or equivalent certification
Multi-site or large program experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Equivalent field experience will be considered
